As an out-of-network provider, we are not bound by the strict limitations insurance companies place on in-network dentists. This allows us to prioritize high-quality, individualized care without unnecessary restrictions.

While we may be out of network, many plans still offer partial reimbursement. Please note that insurance companies often limit coverage to reduce their costs, which can affect the standard of care patients receive if we are out of network with your plan.

• Treatment is paid in full at the time of service.
   
• We will always submit the claim to insurance on your behalf once treatment is completed.
   
• If your dental insurance has out-of-network coverage, you will receive a check mailed to you from the insurance company within approximately 30 days.

 At Warrenton Family Dentistry, we care very much about our patients. We feel that dental insurance has become so unfair to patients that we decided to offer our own in-house plan.

Our plan works differently than insurance. With our Membership Savings Plan, patients receive everything necessary to keep their mouth healthy throughout the year. Patients also get discounts on any additional treatment. Our plan allows us to treat our patients with the highest quality of care, without having the headache of dealing with dental insurance companies.

• Patients have a monthly fee. The average dental insurance premium is $29.85 per month (source: ehealthinsurance.com).
   
• Patients have a yearly maximum. Once this maximum is reached, you are expected to pay the full amount.
   
• Patients still pay a portion of the treatment. Insurance rarely covers the entire cost of treatment being performed.
   
• Insurance determines coverage. Financial responsibility falls on the patient.
   
• Patients often have a waiting period before they can begin using their insurance.
